Clean and elegant, essentially simple, but complex
art in the rosette where the barista
played with the froth in delight, forming the
perfectly sweet milk modestly mixed, integrated, with the
understandably tart espresso
consider, you'd be tart, too,
if you were roasted, crushed, pressed, scalded, yet it remains
never offended, but exerts its best efforts,
olfactory, visual, tactile, gustatory , to please.
